Version for Leitz Ic
Price: €1259
A module consisting of 400 LEDs and an upstream diffuser disc illuminates far more than the KB format. The adapter can be installed by the user.
Version for Leitz IIc
Price: €1259
A module consisting of 400 LEDs and a diffuser disc ensures an evenly illuminated area of 6x9cm. The adapter replaces the opal lamp unit and can be installed by the user.
Version for Leitz IIc incl. installation under the hood
Price: €1343
This version is similar to the standard version, but the light source is installed under the original hood of the Leitz IIc. For this, we require the upper hemisphere of the lamp housing without the opal lamp from the customer. We modify the cold light source and route the connection cable out instead of the original cable.
This means that your enlarger remains unchanged on the outside, yet you still benefit from the features of a state-of-the-art light source.

Control units
Since the LED cold light source works with the three primary colors red, green, and blue, it is possible to use the light source for processing either black-and-white paper or color paper. We offer different control units for this purpose.
Please select your preferred control unit when ordering the light source. If you use multiple processes or working techniques, you can also order multiple control units for one LED light source.
Control unit for color processes
Price: €339
With this control unit, you can use the LED cold light source to digitize negatives and slides or to expose RA4 color papers such as Fuji Crystal Archive and Kodak Endura.
Filtering can be either additive (red, green, and blue) or subtractive (yellow, magenta, cyan).
The light color can be adjusted reproducibly using rotary knobs with detents. The color intensity is displayed in filter values from 0 to 400 on a yellow LCD. White light for focusing is activated at the touch of a button.
The intensity of the exposure can be varied within a range of 2 f-stops.
A sophisticated, stabilized 24V power supply prevents fluctuations in LED intensity when the mains voltage changes.
Time control is via an optional timer or an optional color analyzer. We supply the appropriate plug adapter.
Control unit for BW processes with timer
Price: €339
Time control with timer or analyzer for black-and-white processes
If you already have a timer, it can be used to control the LED cold light source.
The control supports 3 operating modes:
- White light for focusing
- Multigrade for exposure in the gradation range 00 to 5
- Red light for adjusting or placing dodging movements
The intensity of the light source can be dimmed in the range from 0 to -4 f-stops.
All values are displayed on a large red LCD display and can be set reproducibly using rotary knobs with detents.
A complex stabilized 24V power supply prevents intensity fluctuations of the LEDs when the mains voltage changes.
Fixed gradation paper can be exposed in white light mode.
Control unit for BW processes with splitgrade
Price: €1118
The world’s most convenient exposure system!
The combination of both products, SPLITGRADE + LED cold light source, offers a unique range of possibilities for enlarging.
Not only do you get a pre-calibrated and measuring system for a wide range of multigrade papers, but you can also expose fixed-grade paper. The entire work process is also extremely convenient; for example, white light for focusing is activated with just one push of a button on the Splitgrade. The exposure time and gradation are then determined in a matter of seconds.
You also have the option of choosing whether you want to work with mixed light (as with a traditional multigrade head) or with split exposure, which is favored by a large number of well-known photographers.
Furthermore, you can switch on the red light separately for positioning paper or dodging tools and start the exposure directly from the red light using the foot switch.
In addition, a shutter function is automatically included, as the LEDs switch on and off within 1/100 s.
And you can dim the exposure intensity in the range of 2 f-stops according to the enlargement scale. This provides the same functionality as a neutral density filter.
Creative enlargement is encouraged with Splitgrade and the LED cold light source – not restricted, as is sometimes claimed. The user can also select or change the exposures manually, i.e., without a light sensor.
